Nikolaus von Johnston (*1975) is a German tech entrepreneur.

At the age of 15, little Nick opened a franchise bakery-shop as his first venture. While graduating in strategic management & marketing at renown Ludwig-Maximilian university in Munich, he worked on university-projects for Bilfinger & Berger and Siemens AG and participated in lectures and top-level discussion panels with Prof. Dr. Mirow (Director of the Central Department for Company Planning at Siemens AG), Dr. Jürgen Schneider (Member of the board of Bilfinger & Berger), Prof. Dr. Börsig (Member of the management board of RWE AG, Prof. Dr. Henzler (Chairman Mc Kinsey Germany), Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Marcus Bierich (Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Robert Bosch GmbH) on the topic of globalization.

In 1997, 3 years before Graduation, Savecall telecommunications consulting GmbH was founded, which since then received numerous awards, such as f.ex. the European Innovation Award 2008.

Nick von Johnston kept on founding companies such as Savecall telekom vertriebs GmbH, DSL-Beraterteam Gmbh, Global transact Network GmbH, Regiondo GmbH i.a.

-In 2008 he became the youngest German, to receive an exequatur from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as honorary consul. Until today, he holds the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Senegal in Bavaria Saxony and Thuringia.

-2009, he was elected representative in the German Consular-Corps Advisory Board for Baden-Wuerttemberg

-2010, Nikolaus von Johnston became a founding member of the IACA (Interessensgemeinschaft akkreditierter Konsuln Afrikas e.V. (Interest Group for Accredited Consuls in Africa) and held the posts of Deputy Chairman of the Board and Treasurer

-Since 2018 he is Director at the Board of Directors of MV-Agusta Motorcycles

Nick is father of two awesome girls, a passionate Flyfisher, Motorcycle-Racer, Snowboarder, Guitar-Player, Vintage-Gear collector & Oldtimer-Enthusiast.
